The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to 63 complaints and made two arrests on April 7, according to a report released by Sheriff Gary Driskell on April 8.

This information provides an update on law enforcement activity in the parish over a recent 24-hour period.

Logan Michael Stevens, age 18 of Bayou Vista, was arrested at 5:05 p.m. on a warrant for bicycle equipment required for night operation and resisting arrest or officer. Stevens was released after posting a $2,750 bond.

Adrian John Hixon, age 43 of Franklin, was arrested at 5:43 p.m. on a Franklin Police Department warrant related to traffic charges. Hixon was released after posting a $363 bond.
