Of the 1,990 people living in Henderson in 2019, 45.5 percent (905) were women and 54.5 percent (1,085) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Louisiana News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 725-to-558. In the 65 and over age range, there were 148 females and 112 males.
