Join the Chamber for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony officially opening the Festival.
The fun starts on Thursday September 1 at 5:15, Under the US 90 Bridge!
Only the Carnival – Mitchell Brothers Amusements, will be open on Thursday. Bring the kids out for Pop Ride Bracelets from 5-9!
