Mistletoe & Moss Holiday Market Vendor Booth Map

Mistletoe & Moss Holiday Market Vendor Booth Map

We did our best to put some space between vendors with like products.

Next Thursday evening, (yes Thanksgiving), the numbers and booth names will be chalked out onto the concrete to make finding your space even easier.

Remember, set-up can begin at 9:00 am Saturday (the 26th) morning. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents (if wanted), chairs, etc.

Prepare for wind! We have had some issues at past markets with wind knocking down displays. Make sure you have some kind of weight or anchor system in mind.

Please do not encroach on other vendors’ space.

The market's open hours are from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm. Please do not leave your booth unattended during this time.

Be courteous to other vendors! Do not block center area under the bridge so vendors can move to spaces as needed. There are 4 booths in the Front Street – First Street section that will be blocking the Greenwood side entrances, you can still enter and both Front and First Street.

Most, if not all vendors, will be able to park behind or near their space. Other parking will be under the bridge after the market's last booths and elsewhere downtown.

Remember, we are rain or shine!

Electricity will ONLY be provided for those preparing food products AT the event. The electrical boxes are shown as red squares on the map. I will make sure the City’s Electric Department has them in working order. The will be regular outlets for use.

here will be portapotties at each end of the market with handwashing stations. PLEASE use the dumpsters that will be at the event to dispose of paper towels.

Make sure you share our event page, the vendor advertising posts in an album on our main page: St. Mary Chamber of Commerce and encourage visitors to attend! If you do not see your photo ad yet, please send us some photos to make on!

Remember to get change money by next Wednesday! There will not be any place available to make change on site.

Each vendor is responsible for their own cleanup. Any trash left behind could result in a fine as stated in our vendor agreement which all of you have signed. There will be large round garbage cans on site, spaced through the market area.

As the promotor of the event, I have the right to expel any vendor at any time if there is need, again this is stated in the agreement. Be kind. Be courteous.

I will walk around prior to the market begins to bring the packet from the St. Mary Parish Tax Office. You are responsible for taking care of your tax payments following the market. Not doing so could prohibit you from participating in future events. A list of ALL vendors has been submitted.

An email containing this information has been sent to the email you gave on your application.

We are looking forward to this market and foresee it being very well attended as in the past but also due to Morgan City Main Street hosting it’s inaugural Spirit of Morgan City Christmas Festival following our market in downtown.
