Leadership Vermilion Class 9 rocked SIMSOC. What an amazing day! Thank you to our facilitators Leadership on the Move—Dick and Lura Hammond! Class 9 was given the opportunity to create their own community, along with the issues and challenges it takes to create and sustain one. Just a few comments from Class 9 about the favorite part of the SIMSOC Session: My favorite part was working together with my class not knowing what to expect; The realization of how things can be easily miscommunicated; Being randomly put together in groups and these groups quickly worked out strategies and plans to take care of each other; Learned a lot about being destitute; & Eye opening and helpful with life personally and work!
